The hotel needs a lot of improvement. There were dirty furniture and mold around the bathtub.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway near the railway station, making it easy to explore the city sights or head to Halong Bay. the rooms offer a good view of the surrounding area, and there are plenty of facilities available such as a pool and spa. the breakfast service is tasty and satisfying, with a decent variety of dishes on offer.
The cleanliness of the hotel falls short of expectation, with bugs and dirty walls reported by previous guests.
